We provide image editing services, including but not limited to clipping path, background removal, photo retouching, image masking, and shadow creation. All services will be rendered based on the specifications provided by the client.

2. Order Placement

Clients must provide complete and accurate instructions when submitting an order. We reserve the right to reject or revise orders with unclear or inappropriate content.

3. Turnaround Time

Standard delivery time depends on the complexity and volume of the project. Express delivery is available upon request and may incur additional charges.

4. Revisions

We offer free revisions per project. Any additional revisions or significant changes not included in the original instructions may incur extra charges.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are determined based on the service type, image complexity, and quantity. Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed. 

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are offered only if:

• The delivered work does not meet the agreed specifications.

• The request is made within few days of delivery.
  Partial or full refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. File Handling & Privacy

All uploaded and edited files are treated as confidential. We do not share or reuse client images. Files are stored securely and kept for few days after project completion unless requested otherwise.

8. Intellectual Property

Clients retain full ownership of their original images. We do not claim rights to any client-provided content. However, we reserve the right to use final work samples (with permission) for portfolio purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from delays, service interruptions, or data loss. Clients are responsible for maintaining backup copies of original files.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
